Pay By Mail
Send a check or money order to Village Clerk, PO Box 268, Tonica, IL 61370-0268. Allow at least five days for mail delivery and processing.
Pay In Person
Tonica Village Hall Office Hours Mon and Weds mornings. There is also a drop box to leave your payments.
Pay by Bank Draft - Automatic Payment
We can automatically withdraw your monthly utility bill from your checking account on the due date. No more late fees. It's safe and simple, simply fill out the form attached and submit it to the Water Billing Division in order for us to manually sign you up for drafting. PDF FORM to authorize a direct debit
The form should be mailed using the same address as above or put in drop box at the village hall.

Please Note:
- Garbage rates will increase annually every May 1st
- Sewer rates will increase annually
Water Bills are billed monthly. BEFORE you move in please call the Village Hall to get your water set-up.815-442-3104

If you are a renter you will need to fill out an applicationand provide a $100 deposit. No exceptions. Your Landlord receives a duplicate bill each month and is notified if you are past due.
Your new bill includes:
- Water rates
- Sewer rates
- Garbage rates
- Debt Service
